However, we recognize the importance of providing a clear channel for removal requests regarding copyright, consent, or legal compliance.

Our Procedure for Handling Requests

  • Verification & Liaison: Upon receiving a request, we will review the claim and immediately contact the production company or primary rights holder that supplied the promotional material to verify the status of the content.
  • Immediate Action: While a claim is being investigated, we reserve the right to temporarily disable access to the promotional gallery in question to ensure continued compliance with all regulations.
  • Resolution Timeline: If a claim is found to be valid (e.g., withdrawn consent, copyright dispute, or record-keeping error), the content will be permanently removed. We commit to resolving all valid complaints within 5 business days.

All valid content removal requests are reviewed promptly. Once reviewed:

  • Content that violates our policies or applicable laws will be removed without undue delay
