Okay, Isabella, I’m going to give you a tough one here... Which are you more excited about: The Super Bowl or the Olympics? Well, we both made our choice... but Frankie’s having her cake and eating it too!That’s right. It’s time for her Naked Sports Report, and she’s covering both the Super Bowl AND the Olympics!And let's not forget about the NBA trade deadline too! It’s true, women really CAN have it all! All right, you now know I’m going to get to all those things, but we have to start with the Super Bowl. The Seahawks are the four-and-a-half-point favorites, and most people are picking them to win... but New England is no joke! In their three playoff games thus far, the Patriots have allowed twenty-six points TOTAL! As in, less than NINE per game! And yeah, the Seahawks are on a nine-game win streak... but the Pats have won six straight, which is ALSO incredible! I’m going to go with the majority and say Seattle will end up on top... but the safest bet is we’ll get a great game!And if you’re already eager with anticipation for NEXT season, good news on that front, particularly if you’ve got a romantic side, the NFL is going to Paris! The New Orleans Saints will be playing in the City of Lights’ first NFL regular season game at France’s national stadium! Many things have yet to be determined, including the date and the SECOND team, but it’s yet another game in the NFL’s 2026 international series. With other host cities including Madrid, Munich, Melbourne, Rio De Janeiro, and London!No NFL games planned for Milan or Cortina... but they do have the Olympics, which OFFICIALLY open on Friday. Though the Canadian in me needs to point out the Games ACTUALLY started with curling on Wednesday! All told, around TWENTY-NINE HUNDRED athletes will be competing in a hundred-and-sixteen medal events, before things wrap up with the Closing Ceremonies on Sunday the 22nd. Go, your country, go!By the time you’re seeing this, the NBA trade deadline will have passed. But at the time we’re recording this, trades are still happening... and there’ve already been some doozies! The Cavaliers have added James Harden, the Warriors came out to play by trading for the currently-injured Kristaps Porzingis... and the Wizards have picked up Anthony Davis after just recently acquiring Trae Young! Include the lottery pick they’re almost certain to be adding at the draft, and Washington could be interesting next season!And we’re going to end with a lacrosse game. Which is admittedly unusual for us. But see if you can see why this match between the Rochester Knighthawks and the Vancouver Warriors got our attention. Hmmm... is it possible “lacrosse” is just French for “the angry”?! Based on that video, you have to wonder! And in case you WERE wondering, yes, that goalie got a ten-minute penalty for illegal body checking and did not return to the game!Enjoy your viewing, everyone, because we’re going to have A LOT to talk about NEXT week!
